It is informed by learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants have been expired and his instructions are not complete. It is further pointed out that the respondents have already been proceeded against exparte vide orders dated 23.3.1994 and 11.2.1994 respectively. It is also submitted that in the intervening, the situation at land would have changed substantially inasmuch as the entire area is likely to built up. Learned counsel further submits that the suit land may even has been sold further. Accordingly prays that notice be issued on the last known address of the appellants.
Let, notices be issued to the appellants, to be sent through the District and Sessions Judge of the concerned District with the direction to ensure the service by making it clear that in case, the appellants are found to have PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2026.01.20 04:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
