RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that let the present writ petition be disposed of, in view of the order passed in CWP No.8343 of 2000. He further prays that the respondents may be directed to ensure meticulous compliance of the order passed by the District Education officer, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be reinstated in service. Learned counsel for the respondents also fairly states that if any amount is still outstanding in favour of the petitioner, her claim shall be considered and decided by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents that if any claim of the petitioner, including some outstanding amount in her favour is yet to be decided, the same shall be considered GREESH SAHNI 2015.01.22 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.4472 of 2000 and appropriate order shall be passed by the competent authority at an early date, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner is found entitled for any kind of relief, including qua any outstanding amount in her favour, the same shall be released in favour of the petitioner without any further loss of time and in any case within a period of one month after the appropriate decision is taken by the competent authority.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present writ petition stands disposed of.
