******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 199 dated 26.08.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 436, 427, 121, 148, 149 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 13.04.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- Jitender Kumar 2018.05.31 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for

(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
