(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair, impartial and proper proceedings by taking action on the representation dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) in view of judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs Government of U.P. & others 2014(1) SCC (Crl.) 525.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned at the first instance. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
