******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks protection of his life and liberty and direction to respondent No.4, who is calling him to the police station time and again. In reply filed by respondent No.4, it is stated that complaint against the petitioner was made by respondent NO.6, wherein he has alleged fraud with him. The petitioner was called during inquiry which he joined and final report has been submitted recommending filing of the complaint. In view of reply, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to look into apprehension of petitioner regarding threat to his life and liberty, verify the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as giving protection to the petitioner from any action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
