Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that against the judgment dated 31.10.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the respondents have filed LPA-722-2026 which has been allowed and the judgment of the learned Single Judge has been set aside. In support of the said statement, an affidavit dated 23.04.2026 has been filed, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to revive the same in case there is any factual error made in the statement on behalf of the respondents.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
