(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.667 dated 25.12.2020 under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) registered with Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that since the FIR, in question, itself stands quashed on the basis of the compromise between the parties effected in CRM-M-12863-2022, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
