Since none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, vide order dated 06.11.2023 notice was issued to the appellants. As per office report the appellants remain unserved as they were not found residing at the given address. This is the only address of the appellants available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court.
