The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.183 dated 17.08.2011 under Sections 427, 447, 506 IPC, registered at P. S. Beri, District Jhajjar (Annexure P-6) and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 11.06.2012 (Annexure P-10) as well as the proceedings arising out of it.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that trial is concluded and petitioner has been acquitted of the charges framed against him.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
