RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of impugned complaint CIS No.COMI-131 of 2015, titled as M/s Paluck Technologies Versus Gulshan, Annexure P1, summoning order, dated 13.04.2018, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hissar alongwith other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds taken herein before the trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
