The matter has been taken up through video conferencing in the light of COVID-19 pandemic.

Custody certificate has been sent through e-mail, hardcopy whereof, has been placed on record. The perusal of the same reveals that accused-petitioner Sukhjinder Singh alias Kala has been acquitted by the trial Court in case FIR No.130 dated 02.07.2016. This fact is not even disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, the present petition stands dismissed, as having rendered infructuous.
