(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to release stage carriage permit on Gidderbaha to Barnala via Mallan, Jaitu, Baja, Bhagta, Bhadaur route as per proceeding dated 13.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the permit has already been granted but the same has not been released so far despite a representation dated 08.02.2023 filed before the respondent.

CWP No.4313 of 2023 -2submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation dated 08.02.2023 is directed to be considered by the respondent in accordance with law in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
