Mr.Kuldip Tiwari,Addl.AG Haryana assisted by ASI Sher Singh Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of accusedpetitioner Dharambir in case FIR No.427 dated 8.10.2015 under Sections 406,420,409,120-B IPC, PS Indri,District Karnal. As per allegations petitioner while working as Gram Sachiv during the period from 11.11.2011 to 12.12.2012 in connivance with Sarpanch embezzled panchayat funds while executing development works. It is contended that vague and general allegations have been made without any basis. It is further contended that most of the investigation is based on documents and also available with the investigating agency.

Vide order dated 5.5.2016 while issuing notice of motion,petitioner was directed to join investigation and interim protection was also granted to him.
