RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 31 dated 04.04.2017 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Jalandhar Cantt.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of conviction of petitioner under the NDPS Act, vide judgment of the trial Court dated 14.112019.
