RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he approached the respondent authorities, including the Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat-respondent no.2 and the Superintendent of Police, Sonepat-respondent no.3 by way of legal notice dated 7.10.2014 (Annexure P-6), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondents no.2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

Crl.Misc. No.M-14244 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Superintendent of Police, Sonepat, as well as Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat are directed to look into the matter, consider and grievance of the petitioner raised vide his legal notice dated 7.10.2014 (Annexure P-6), including his demand for providing security at Toll Tax Barrier namely;TP No.27 on Kharkhoda-Delhi road and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat as well as Superintendent of Police, Sonepat-respondents no.2 and 3 shall also ensure that no untoward incident takes place at the Toll point no.27 on Kharkhoda-Delhi road and life and liberty of any citizen is not put in danger. With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
