R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed the reply by way of affidavit of Tilak Raj, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ajnala, District Amrtisar (Rural) and the same be taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that as per reply, the investigation in FIR No. 45 dated 24.04.2015 for offences under Sections 376-D, 506, 342 and 120-B IPC is still going on. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Investigation of the FIR would continue.
