Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.12 dated 20.01.2023, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341 of the IPC (Sections 325 and 307 of the IPC added subsequently),registered at P.S. Garhi, District Jind. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the name of the petitioner is recorded in the FIR, however, no specific role or injury has been attributed therein to him. He further submits coaccused Manga, Gunga @ Dharambir and Bira, who were arrested during investigation, and, from whom the weapon(s) offence has already been recovered, have already been granted the relief of regular bail.
