The petitioner was duly served for 27.01.2017, but neither he nor his counsel put in appearance. The matter was, however, adjourned for today i.e. 15.02.2017. Again, none has put in appearance. In the circumstances, the writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to get it revived, if need.
