**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 192 dated 21.12.2015 registered at Police Station Garhshankar district Hoshiarpur under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Subsequently, the offences under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act were altered to Section 376-D IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act respectively.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that there are no allegations of rape against the petitioner in the FIR or in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the prosecutrix has been examined. Copy of the statement of the prosecutrix has been placed on record.

There are no allegations of rape against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2015. The trial will take time.
