The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 14.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-7615-2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-7615-2023 has already been implemented and the relief stands granted to the petitioner. He contends that despite compliance of the said order, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 4.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
