CRM-M-10539-2023 The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.08, dated 13.01.2023 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 186, 353, 307, 148 & 149 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 28.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.02.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
