.!7 $ Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, to quash the impugned speaking order dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure P-15) vide which claim of the petitioners for entry of mutation and updation of record of right in their favour has been wrongly and illegally declined.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action.
