**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 20.02.2016 (P-1), the petitioner participated for the post of Upper Division Clerk. The result was declared on 04.02.2017 and the petitioner was declared as successful but she was not interviewed on the ground that her roll number does not figure in the final merit list. The petitioner then filed CWP No. 6963-2017 and in the interim, the respondents were ordered to provisionally scrutinize the documents of the petitioner and interview her provisionally (P-3). However, thereafter, CWP No. 6454-2017 along with connected case including the case of the petitioner was allowed and result dated 20.03.2017 was quashed on 21.11.2017 (P-4) and respondents were given liberty to readvertise the 230 posts of DHBVNL and take further steps in the recruitment process. Now the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to include the petitioner in selection/joining process for the post of UDC.

CWP No. 5486-2019 -2in the Court that against the order passed by Single Bench of this Court on 21.11.2017 titled as Shikha and others vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in LPA No. 2310-2017 and 693-2018, has been filed and the same was disposed of on 04.12.2018 upholding the result dated 20.03.2017. Further it has been informed to the Court that now appointments have been made to the post of UDC and the candidates have also joined. Thus, the petitioner whose name was not in the result dated 20.03.2017 cannot seek direction at this stage that her name be included in the selection zone, as the candidates have already joined and the petitioner was not called for interview at the initial stage. She was provisionally interview under the orders of this Court.

Dismissed.
