(ORAL) By way of present petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the complaint dated 03.02.2023 moved at the instance of petitioner for taking action against respondents No.4-14. Learned State counsel, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab, on instructions from ASI Hem Raj, P.S. Rahon submits that the aforesaid representation was thoroughly inquired into by DSP Surender Chand, Bureau of Investigation, Nawanshahar, Punjab and a final report dated 12.02.2023 was prepared thereupon recommending no further action on the complaint submitted by the petitioner. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner having been redressed by the official respondents, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Respondent No.2 to forward a copy of aforesaid report dated 12.02.2023 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

Disposed of accordingly.
