RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.96, dated 09.06.2019, under Sections 365, 376, 148, 149, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Dakha District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel has submitted that trial is over in this case and the petitioner is acquitted by the trial Court vide order dated 20.05.2021 and hence the present petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
