(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Surjit Singh in case FIR No.47 dated 05.04.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur. On instructions from ASI Sukhchain Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
