Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a short affidavit of Sumit Arora, Senior Legal Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Branch Ludhiana mentioning therein that the entire loan has been paid by the debtor and the main complaint has been dismissed for want of compliance under Section 204 (4) Cr.P.C.

In view of the above said affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
