R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to provide police security/protection to the petitioners and their family members who apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of respondent No. 4.

On instructions from SI Amrik Singh, learned State counsel submits that necessary protection has been provided to the petitioners with two SPOs and in case, there is need of more security, the same can also be reviewed further.

In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required.

The instant petition stands disposed of.
