*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present appeal is for setting aside the impugned judgment and decree dated 18.05.1989, passed by learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Fatehgarh Sahib and also the judgment and decree dated 29.10.1992, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Patiala. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that she has instructions from the appellants to withdraw the instant appeal.
