This appeal has been filed by the Municipal Committee, Ferozepur city. Originally, Mr. Dalbir Singh, Advocate, was representing the appellant, who is stated to have died.

In view of the aforesaid, the office was directed to issue notice to the appellant. As per the office report, the Municipal Committee, Ferozepur City, has been served for 14.11.2023. However, the appellant remains unrepresented.

In view of the above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
