(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 10.07.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tohana, District Fatehabad whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in case bearing FIR No.218 dated 3.6.2018 under Sections 420 and 380 IPC registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

From the facts of case, its is apparent that the petitioner has been absconding since 2015 and has not joined the trial proceedings. Subsequently, he was declared as a proclaimed offender. The petitioner has file the present petition after a long delay of 10 years and has not presented any cogent reasons as to why the impugned order be set aside.

I have gone through the material placed on record. 4.

In view of above, no ground is made out to set aside the impugned order dated 10.07.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tohana, District Fatehabad.
