RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Sukhmander Singh in complaint case No.90/2016 dated 17.03.2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, granting him ad interim bail, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court.

Learned State counsel does not dispute this fact. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.04.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
