CRM M-14277 of 2015 Prayer in this petition is for direction to respondent no. 3 to complete the investigation expeditiously.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh, who is present in court, submits that investigation shall be completed at the earliest, in any case not later than three weeks and a report shall be submitted before the concerned court thereafter.
