SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 10, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 28.04.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Manpreet Kaur is 13.04.1995 as per copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Sourav Sharma is 29.03.1995 as per copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-2). They got married on 28.04.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.
