The learned State counsel, on the instructions from Mr.Dharampal, Assistant, B.D.P.O. Office, Mahendergarh, submits that the appeal is rendered infructuous as the plaintiff (respondent herein), pursuant to the orders passed by the Courts below, joined and has since retired as a Peon on 31.07.2007. He further submits that in this appeal, the correctness of the transfer by the respondent from one place to another was challenged. 2.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
