Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny that order dated 20.05.2022 has been passed whereby petitioner's representations dated 08.02.2022 (Annexure P6), 22.02.2022 (Annexure P8) and 04.03.2022 (Annexure P9) have been rejected. Said order is not the subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge order dated 20.05.2022 as well.

At request of learned counsel for the petitioner, hearing of the writ petition is preponed from 16.08.2022 for today itself. Application is disposed of accordingly and present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the same cause of action as well as challenge order dated 20.05.2022.
