Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were called time and again in an inquiry by the police. He has relied upon the notice (Annexure P-14) received by the petitioners calling upon them to appear on 08.04.2015. The copies of the statements of petitioners recorded on 15.04.2015 have also been placed on record. The dispute pertains to the complaint made by one Prateek Singh and Saurav. Without going into the merits of the case and keeping in view the fact that no further notice has been given to the petitioners after recording their statements and there is no FIR registered against them, this petition, having no merits, is dismissed ( SURINDER GUPTA ) May 04, 2015.
