(ORAL) Learned counsel submits that he does not press the present petition on account of the fact that petitioners have an alternate and efficacious remedy provided under the provisions of Section 20 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 and Rule 5 of the Punjab Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015 whereby Dispute Redressal Committee has been constituted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the alternate remedy.
