The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-28184-2025, whereby respondent No.2 was directed to decide the representation submitted the petitioners by passing a speaking order. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-28184-2025, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that after considering the claim of the petitioners, speaking order dated 15.05.2026 has been passed by the Mission Director, National Health VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.23 13:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-805-2026 (O&M) -2Mission, Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, since order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-28184-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 15.05.2026.
