ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) Reply filed by way of affidavit of Mr. Surinderpal Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Rural, District Hoshiarpur is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Amarjeet Singh has pointed out that the trial is at its fag end and only two prosecution witnesses remain to be examined.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein before the Trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
