Learned counsel for the State refers to the copy of order dated 22.2.2023 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-249352022, case titled as 'Jarnail Singh vs. State of Punjab and others', and has informed that in view of the said order, the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the FIR in question has already been quashed vide said order. Copy of the order dated 22.2.2023 is placed on record. In view of the said order, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is hereby disposed of as such.
