RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. Order dated 10.07.2018, on which date also the petitioners had gone unrepresented, has not been complied with. Learned State counsel submits that on thorough investigation it has been found that there is no threat perception to the petitioners. Statement of petitioner No.2 (Annexure R-1/T) has been recorded, wherein he has stated that they do not want any protection. Statements of respondents No.4 and 5 were also recorded, wherein they have no objection to the living of the petitioners happily.

In view of above, petition is dismissed having become infructuous as well as for want of prosecution.
