This Court vide order dated 20.04.2023, issued notice of motion, however, a perusal of orders passed thereafter w.e.f. 25.08.2023 reveals that either there had been no representation on behalf of the petitioners or a request for adjournment had been made. Today also, a request for adjournment has been made.

It would be pertinent to reproduce the orders of the previous dates of hearing w.e.f. 25.08.2023, which are as under: Order dated 25.08.2023 "On written request of learned counsel for the petitioners, case is adjourned to 22.09.2023." Order dated 22.09.2023 "There is a written request for adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 17.11.2023."

Order dated 08.04.2024 "Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners prays for an adjournment to comply with the order dated 05.03.2024.

Adjourned to 01.08.2024."

Order dated 01.08.2024 "On written request of learned counsel for the petitioners, case is adjourned to 28.10.2024." Order dated 28.10.2024 "A request for adjournment has yet again been made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners. Purely in the interest of justice, adjourned to 25.11.2024.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."

It is, thus, evident that the case is being adjourned time and again. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
