******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint No. 34 dated 06.07.2016 titled "Partap Singh vs. Prem Singh and others" for offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 504, 506, 166-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khadur Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under order dated 27.04.2017, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail.

As the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and order dated 27.04.2017 is made absolute, subject to the condition that he will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
