The prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.08.2020, Annexure P-5 and directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Panchayat Officer from the date his immediate junior was promoted alongwith all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been granted the relief prayed for and has produced a copy of his affidavit in this regard, which is taken on record. He prays the case be thus disposed of as infructuous.
