SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 and 5, parents of petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 30.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The year of birth of petitioner No.1-Lovejeet Kaur is 1996 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Karanbir Singh is 1994 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 30.04.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.05.05 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
