The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 07.03.1992 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 24.03.1990 is set aside and suit of the plaintiff is dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant had been notified about the last date of hearing fixed before this Court through email on 24.08.2023. However, still there was no representation.

The position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
