#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case DDR No.41 dated 08.08.2014 under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149, 420, 1206B, 193, 194 IPC recorded in FIR No.187 dated 08.08.2014 registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149, 326, 325 IPC.

Vide order dated 04.05.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

   Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh, submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 04.05.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly. $  "
