Today again learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter. Same was the situation on 02.05.2024. 2.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. Vide order dated 02.05.2024 notices were issued to the appellant and respondents No.1 and 5. As per the Office report, the sole appellant and respondents No.1 and 2 have since died. Notice issued to respondent No.5 has been received back unserved with report that the house was found locked at the time of service. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant and respondents No.1 and 2. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2024.05.22 20:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
