RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order, dated 26.02.2020 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.2 whereby it has wrongly and illegally set aside the well reasoned order dated 24.06.2014 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure P-3), and has remanded the case to respondent No.3 for deciding afresh. It is further prayed that operation of the impugned order dated 26.02.2020 passed by respondent No.3 be stayed during pendency of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 13, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
